Our Policies


Dance Class Policies
1. Registration & Enrollment
-
All students must complete a registration form and pay the monthly membership fee before participating in classes.
-
Enrollment is confirmed only after tuition payment and signed waivers are received.
-
Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Tuition & Fees
-
Tuition is due on the first of each month and is non-refundable.
-
Full tuition is due every month regardless of attendance and/or holidays. Payments do not vary due to holidays or the number of weeks in a month. Tuition will NOT be prorated.​ ​

Late payments may incur a late fee of $20 after the 10th of the month.
-
Missed classes will not result in prorated tuition or refund, but may attend another section of his/her class during the week to make up a missed class.

If, for any reason, it becomes necessary to withdraw from a class, please notify by email (info@rhythmslasvegas.com) Call 866-783-6577 or speak to Ms. Valentina while in studio before the 15th of the month to avoid tuition being charged the following month.

Tuition and other fees will continue to be charged until notification is given. No refunds.

Costumes and recital fees are billed separately.
3. Attendance & Make-Up Classes
-
Regular attendance is essential for progress and performance readiness.
-
Students should arrive 10–15 minutes early to prepare for class.
-
If absent due to illness or emergency, notify the studio in advance.
-
No refunds or deductions are given for missed classes or when studio is closed for holidays. Good attendance is essential to the child / individual progress.

Make-up classes must be scheduled within 30 days of the missed class and are subject to availability.
4. Dress Code
-
Proper dance attire and shoes are required for each class type.
-
Ballet: Pink/Purple/Red Leotards, tan tights, ballet shoes, hair in a bun.
-
Jazz/Tap: Fitted top, leggings or dance shorts, appropriate shoes.
-
Hip Hop: Comfortable athletic wear, clean sneakers (no street shoes).

No jewelry (except small studs) and no gum during class.
5. Studio Conduct
-
Students are expected to show respect to instructors, classmates, and studio property.
-
Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in dismissal from class.
-
Parents are asked to observe quietly and avoid interrupting instruction.
-
No food or drinks (except water) allowed in studios.
6. Safety & Supervision
-
The studio is not responsible for students outside of scheduled class times.
-
Parents must promptly drop off and pick up dancers.
-
Instructors must be notified of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries.
-
Emergency contact information must be current.
7. Recitals & Performances
-
Participation in recitals is optional but encouraged.
-
Students must attend mandatory rehearsals to perform.
-
Costume fees and deadlines will be announced well in advance.
8. Media & Privacy
-
The studio may take photos/videos for promotional use (website, social media, etc.).
-
Parents must sign a media release form to allow or decline use of their child’s image.
9. Weather & Cancellations
-
The studio follows local school district closures for inclement weather.
-
Updates will be posted on the studio’s website and social media pages.
-
Canceled classes may be rescheduled or offered as online sessions.
10. Communication
-
All studio updates (newsletters, schedule changes, events) will be communicated via email, text and studio bulletin board.
-
Parents are encouraged to check regularly for announcements.
